Ales AB Clean by Kansai is a superior

hygiene paint that effectively removes

potentially harmful germs and bacteria

on your walls. In short, it kills germs by

simply painting the wall.

The key element in Ales AB Clean is the

Nano Silver Technology. Silver is widely

used in many medical applications,

largely due to its non-hazardous pro-

perties and its anti-bacterial abilities in

low concentration.

Upon contact of germs on the wall

painted with Ales AB Clean, its organic

anti-bacteria agent functions against

them and impedes their metabolism,

thus exterminating them.

Being ﬁrst and only in the market, our

latest Kleengard SD-280 features an all new

revolutionary stainless steel UnderCutter

located beneath the grind ring. It efﬁciently

cuts and snips ﬁbrous food waste into small

particles that promotes better ﬂow through

the drain line, virtually eliminates any jams

and blockages.

The Chezy PP Inspection Chambers are

SIRIM approved to BS EN 13598-1 and

are manufactured to allow for easy access

to the sewerage system for maintenance,

inspection, rodding and the removal of

debris.

It is the ﬁrst product of its type in South

East Asia and it is a patented product

by Chezy Industries. It has features such

as it is UV Stabilized, tough, impact and

chemical resistant, leak proof, has an anti-

slip cover and is light in weight. It also

Innoshield Plus is an inorganic coating. It can be applied on glass, aluminium,

stainless steel and other metallic surfaces. It is a 100% inorganic coating, the

main composition is eco-friendly ceramics. Thanks to the hydrophilic properties

of the surface, cleaning is easy. Stubborn organic dirt can be cleaned by rinsing

with clean water, no detergent required. It also has features like anti-fungus,

antibacterial, heat resistance up to 600°C and surface hardness up to 9H of

pencil hardness. Since it requires no organic solvent, there will be no VOC

gases. It can be applied both indoor and outdoor. Colour fading is no longer a

critical issue, because ceramics can withstand UV and is very stable in an indoor

or outdoor environment.

Illusion mixers are closed and only a minimal stylish joystick control can be seen.

To operate, the joystick is moved and as if by magic the mixer appears from

under the work surface.

The power to open the spout is generated in a cylinder driven by a low voltage

electric current (12 Volts DC) from a remote joystick control and the water will

not ﬂow until the spout of the tap is in the top position. When the water is

turned off the spout will remain up until the lever is activated once more.

Polished Concrete is a revolutionary ﬂooring system for the

grinding and polishing of old and new concrete ﬂoors. It is not only a method for

Polished Concrete process can be performed directly onto

a concrete slab. Hence, eliminating the need for the conventional cement sand

“JELI BLUNERO” is the only Malaysia

export quality grade granite which is

homogenous, has a characteristic of

coarse grained texture with bluish-

black tonality. This reasonably

priced granite has a distinct texture

and consistent in colour and pattern

which is comparable to the Italy’s

“Serizzo Granite”. It does not have

any defects such as black spots or

veins except for very rare occurrences

of black patches.

Jeli Blunero granite is a dense semi-metamorphic igneous rock. This granite

has the ability to take a good gloss polish. It is very suitable to be used both for

internal and external ﬂoor and wall usage.

Since 2006, Jeli Blunero has been used in a number of projects locally. Recently,

Jeli Blunero has been exported to China, Italy and Thailand.

Ales AB Clean is tested and certiﬁed by Sirim Qas and PSB (Singapore) under a

novel procedure based on the Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS Z2801:2000).
